For a smooth brain ,you need internal peace . On daily life ,there are so many reason to destroy your peace .but if you want a internal peace you need to focus on our emotions .

yes ,its correct i notice it in camera real life footage. whenever more thoughts heavier on mind ,our mind is currently out of present situations and we forget the c urrent activity persform by us.
