when our mind gets tired due to some reasons,like anxecity ,depressin due to some reasons ,like financial cricis,face a reality of life,relationship etc.
I think best practices ,do the things ,what makes you happy,like walking alone,worship,go to temple and doing some spritual things,writing the good things in notepad,
also write the learing experiences ,what you should not you do.Improving daily base skills for financial stability.and one helping the neeedy one.
Day by day ,if you do it consistantly ,you feel better and overcome from all depresion and mental ability.
