why we do,nt able to free from negative thoughts habits
In starting when we enterd in negative aaur attractive thoughts,Initially It attrcts us more cause we find instance pleasure and our body gets habitual day by day like an addiction.suppose in starting ,when you smike first time ,suppose your friends say ,please take and taste the one swipe and you tried than what will happen atkeast try ones ,that is stage where our mind body and our all five sense active and you think you tried smoke not ,you dont ,than you will ask so who tried if i did not, so answer is your all 5 senses taste this . And these are more sensitive and our body acts like that first we sense through our all five sense inspite of being your emotional thoughts aur happiness whatever than after that it stores the neccessary information to our subconcious mind at the level of the experince and after these negative thoughts increases and habitual for like our need and these need converts ito tasks for passion and that will decides the things.
and when then these habitual action is more habitual than its very taugh to enter out but it is not difficult ,Firt one you should analysize your first experice and than start to change these negative emotions to postive through deciline.
