Your currently emotions are heavier on you ,and what is the reason behind it,You dont know.....yes. cause suppose currently ,we are feeling very excited or sad etc .If you are sad ,you find the sadly emotions on your mind and deeper feel it cause you find throgh a relax but actually this is not relax ,it is happen beacuse our body release a Dopamin ,that creates a instance happiness,so we are enjoying it,inspite of being , that was sad emotions or happier,exited etc ,dont worry about them.
